Undelivered
This product was never shipped me. I sent an email and they said they it shipped, and once it goes by surface mail may not be followed. That's all I have heard this back. And since I had to return to India, overnight, it wasn't much I could do about it.
Very disappointing both, that it does not get delivered, and the quality of the response I received.
